I just got notified by the NC DMV that my license is scheduled to get suspended May 17th "for speeding over 75 MPH out-of-state." This is a 6 month suspension, so I am going to take the route of appealing it. It happened July 2000 in Conyers, GA. I didn't fight it at the time because I thought it was one of those deals where you just paid your money to the little redneck Georgia town, and everyone was happy. Any advice you guys can give would be great right about now. I'm gonna set up a hearing in a few minutes to fight this.
